We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file).

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Plain Easy Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation to cancel the order – if that happens a refund will be promptly issued followed by an explanatory communication.

Shipping / Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your products, within approximately 72 hours of receipt of payment, in as few shipments as possible via the shipping method you have chosen and we’ll provide you with a tracking number if applicable.Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock at the time of your order - we will notify you of this as soon as possible so that you may either change or cancel your order. Otherwise, out of stock items will ship as soon as they become available.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is chosen instead of shipping, we will e-mail you with pickup instructions when your order is ready for pickup at our pickup location in Lakewood or Parma Heights, Ohio.
